I recently completed the Brewing & Brewery Operations program at KPU and now work as an Assistant Brewer at Superflux Beer Company. Through the program, I gained hands-on experience in brewing, cellaring, packaging, sanitation, and quality control, and also completed sensory evaluation and beer judging courses.
