Danny is known for his work on Vancouver Island as the former Operations Manager and R&D Brewer at Vancouver Island Brewing in Victoria. A long-time advocate for health and safety in the brewery sector, he has also served as the Technical Chair for the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.
