Chester is Canada’s first Certified Cicerone® and co-founded the British Columbia Beer Awards (BCBA) in 2010. He has served as a professional beer judge and taught the popular “Serious Beer” course through institutions like the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, helping train local judges, enthusiasts, and industry professionals.
